What does this trade pay in your state?
Enter a trade and a state. We return BLS-anchored wage range for entry, mid-career, and experienced workers — same data the federal government publishes, just sliced by experience tier.
How we read the data. Numbers come from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics
Occupational Employment Statistics (OES) survey — the same source the federal government uses
for its own wage publications. The "entry / typical / experienced" bands are not BLS categories;
they're a rough heuristic over the state-level median (entry ≈ 70% of median, typical ≈ median,
experienced ≈ 130% of median, capped at the state mean). For an actual wage offer, talk to
contractors, union halls, and apprenticeship coordinators in your area.
