Experience and Training
At least 6 months of on-the-job training under a licensed boiler operator is required prior to examination. Proof must be furnished to the Department of Labor by the employer prior to the exam.
Exam
Either written or oral examination administered by the Boiler Inspection Division. Examination + first license fee is $25. Annual renewal fee is $17.
Renewal
