Oklahoma's Boiler Operator licensing program is opt-in: any company, corporation, business, school, city, county, or governmental agency may adopt the Oklahoma Department of Labor's boiler operator licensing program and require its employees to abide by these rules. Experience and Training
Applicants must complete all specified license requirements within the 5 calendar years preceding the examination date. Equivalent experience or licensure from another jurisdictional authority or nationally recognized organization may satisfy all or part of the qualifications.
Exam
Required written exam administered by the Boiler Pressure Vessels Division.
Renewal
License is valid for 2 years.
