The Idaho Division of Building Safety (DBS) Plumbing Bureau requires Journeyman, Master, and Contractor Plumbers to complete approved continuing education each renewal, per IDAPA 07.02.05. Hours must include a plumbing-code update course based on the Uniform Plumbing Code edition currently adopted by Idaho. Only DBS-approved providers and courses count.
