State CE requirement

INDIANA · plumber

hours every 2 years

Indiana Journeyman Plumber and Plumbing Contractor licenses are issued by the Indiana Plumbing Commission under the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (PLA) and expire December 31 of every odd-numbered year (biennial, odd-year renewal). The Plumbing Commission has historically not imposed a fixed statewide continuing-education hour requirement for plumber renewals, and renewal has centered on the biennial fee ($30 journeyman, $100 contractor). Because state licensing boards periodically adopt new rules, licensees should verify the current CE requirement with PLA before each renewal.
