The Missouri Statewide Electrical Contractor license issued by the Office of Statewide Electrical Contractors (OSEC) operates under Missouri Revised Statutes sections 324.900 to 324.945 and implementing rules at 20 CSR 2117. OSEC sets the renewal cycle, renewal fees, and any continuing-education requirements by rule; because the statewide program is comparatively new (enabling legislation effective 2019) and is periodically updated, licensees should verify the current CE requirement and renewal schedule directly with OSEC before each renewal. Local electrical contractor licenses issued by individual Missouri cities may impose their own CE requirements that run separately from the statewide program. Source: Missouri OSEC Contractor FAQ.
