Continuing education — hvac technicians in New Hampshire

State CE requirement

NEW-HAMPSHIRE · hvac

hours every years

New Hampshire does not license HVAC contractors at the state level, so there is no statewide HVAC continuing-education mandate. EPA Section 608 technician certification credentials do not expire once earned, per EPA (https://www.epa.gov/section608/section-608-technician-certification). Technicians who hold a Fuel Gas Fitter or Domestic Appliance Technician license through the New Hampshire Mechanical Safety and Licensing Board follow that Board's code-update CE rule (3 hours per year, 6 hours per 2-year renewal cycle).
