West Virginia does not currently require continuing education for HVAC Technician certification renewal issued by the WV Division of Labor, or for the HVAC Contractor license issued by the WV Contractor Licensing Board. Federal EPA Section 608 Technician Certification is a separate federal requirement and does not expire. Confirm current CE status with the Division of Labor and the Contractor Licensing Board before each renewal because rules can change.
